2025 Development Plan and Zoning By-Law Review
The Tri-Roads Planning District is updating its Development Plan and Zoning By-laws. The Planning District is comprised of Russell-Binscarth and Riding Mountain West.
What is a Zoning By-law?
- Sets regulations for how land with the Planning District is used and developed.
- Establishes permitted and conditional uses as well as specifications (e.g. setbacks, separations, buildings heights and size, density, etc.)
