2025 Development Plan and Zoning By-Law Review

The Tri-Roads Planning District is updating its Development Plan and Zoning By-laws. The Planning District is comprised of Russell-Binscarth and Riding Mountain West.

What is a Zoning By-law?

Sets regulations for how land with the Planning District is used and developed.
Establishes permitted and conditional uses as well as specifications (e.g. setbacks, separations, buildings heights and size, density, etc.)
